The History, & Evolution of Watchung Valley Golf Club with Diamo Streaser

Every golf course has a story to tell, and few have one quite like Watchung Valley Golf Club. On Episode 9 of The Mulligan Man Podcast, Ryan sits down with Diamo Streaser, Head Golf Professional at Watchung Valley Golf Club, to explore the people, history, and vision behind one of New Jersey's most interesting golf clubs. We start with Diamo's journey through the game, from his early experiences in golf to his career as a PGA Professional and his path to Watchung Valley. From there, we dive into the club's rich history, its connections to legendary architect Seth Raynor, and how Watchung Valley continues to honor its past while looking toward the future. We also explore one of the club's most unique additions, The Merry-Go-Round, a short course that's bringing a different kind of golf experience to Watchung Valley. It's a conversation about golf architecture, tradition, innovation, and the people who make a golf club special. ⛳️ Because everybody's got a golf story.
