Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge check in day!🦒 Breakfast at Topolino's Terrace & Typhoon Lagoon 🌊🌴

Day 5 of our Walt Disney World adventure was extra special because it was Father’s Day! 💙 We had the most incredible day filled with amazing food, first-time experiences, Disney characters, a dream hotel stay and plenty of Disney magic. ✨ We started the morning at Topolino’s Terrace for breakfast, where we met Mickey and friends dressed in their adorable artist outfits! 🎨🐭 The food was absolutely amazing and it was such a fun way to start our Father’s Day at Disney. The character interactions were brilliant and we couldn’t have asked for a better breakfast! After filling up on breakfast, we headed to Typhoon Lagoon for the very first time ever! 🌊☀️ We had such a fun afternoon trying out the water rides, relaxing on the lazy river and, of course, sampling as many of the drinks and food as we possibly could! 🍹🍔 It was our first ever visit and we absolutely loved experiencing a completely different side of Walt Disney World. Then came one of the biggest moments of the whole trip... checking into Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge for the very first time! 🦒🌍 This hotel has been a dream of ours for so long, so finally being able to stay here felt genuinely surreal. It is such a beautiful and special resort, and we couldn't wait to explore every little corner. We dropped off our bags before giving you a full hotel room tour, then headed out to explore the resort and, of course, find all of the incredible animals! 🦓🦒🐾 Seeing the animals around the resort was such a magical experience and made us appreciate just how special Animal Kingdom Lodge really is. To finish off our Father’s Day, we headed to The Mara for dinner before signing off for the night. 🍽️✨ It was the perfect end to such a memorable Disney day.
