Set against the chaos of a bustling railway station in Lahore, Sar-e-Rah follows two estranged siblings, Zoya and Masroor, who reunite after their father's death. What begins as a conversation filled with resentment, sarcasm, and years of unspoken hurt slowly unfolds into a reflection on family, grief, gender expectations, and the cost of choosing one's own path. As old memories resurface and buried emotions come to light, the siblings confront a past they cannot change and a relationship that may still be worth saving. Sar-e-Rah is a story about the distance that grows between people, the weight of expectations, and the possibility of finding your way back to one another.
