Gotta sell himeko ig! them doing this doesnt really make sense from a strength perspective, but it does line up marketing wise, espec with how low himeko nova sales are- a lot of players own ff or have investment of her from 2.x, likely ranging to having her e2, and dont really see a point in pulling a new fire dps who'd probbaly need e2 to be confidently better (noting himeko is much harder to pilot) so in response they're probably gonna start rugging this archetype for good the rest of 4.x ig, literally making a specialized debuff to shut it down whenever they want.
