(Winmugen) Zaphkiel_3rd vs some characters

So yeah, i was able to get this low tier secretary char to work in winmugen because he has some unnecessary window 7 codes, he only works on p2 side when using the bat. I would say he did pretty well for a 2013 char or i guess some characters just overlook to block his exploit lol.
