Heavens Ring 9-60NR Testing

Bey_Dad here just testing out Heavens Ring on 9-60 Narrow! Trying to add a non-WIRO to my deck to battle Poke_Son!!! I need all the help I can get, Poke_Son has been on a streak!! But these new releases have been great and I’m finding Heavens Ring is more balanced than expected.
