This is what shopping looks like for me on an anxious day. No polished angles. No pretending I’m completely comfortable. Just me running errands while feeling anxious, paranoid, tired, overheated, and very much in my own head. I was honestly embarrassed to post this because there are plenty of moments where I don’t look or act the way I’d normally want to show on camera.
