As part of this important ritual, the Sudarshana Chakram and the festival deities Sri Malayappa Swamy along with Sridevi and Bhudevi are given a ceremonial bath in the holy Pushkarini. The Chakrasnanam marks the conclusion of the grand Brahmotsava rituals after eight days of various Vahana Sevas. The celebrations will officially conclude with the Dwajarohanam at 7 PM.
