We opted to take the Airport Express to Hong Kong International Airport—a quick and seamless ride to one of the world’s best airports. As luck would have it, our flight to Manila was delayed by an hour, which turned out to be a blessing in disguise. It gave us extra time to explore more of the airport—from its massive food court to the spacious boarding gate areas.
