Menace | Early Access | Rough Ledger — Ironman First Run Ends Badly (Game Over)

Recorded first-play Ironman run in Menace. No guide, no optimization, no reloads. This was a raw attempt that went sideways fast—mission failure, heavy squad losses, and decisions lived with. Part of Rough Ledger: recorded sessions with minimal edits where mistakes are kept in. The opening clip sets the tone. If you know it, you know it. Menace is a sci-fi tactical strategy game by the creators of Battle Brothers, played here as a blind Ironman attempt. This is not a tutorial or review—just a recorded run and the consequences that followed.
