Electra Makes Aviation History at Manhattan's Downtown Skyport 10262026

No runway. No limits on what's possible. On October 26, 2026, Electra made aviation history in New York City, performing a series of takeoffs and landings in our hybrid-electric Ultra Short aircraft at Manhattan's Downtown Skyport. It was a demonstration of what Life Beyond Runways will look like: reimagining where aircraft can operate, making regional travel more accessible, and taking us directly to where we live, work, and play. Now, experience the full demonstration, from takeoff to touchdown, against the Manhattan skyline.
