Although the Lightning gets a unique frame in addition to the battery and motors, the rest of the truck is nearly identical to the gasoline models. (Except for the frunk of course). The main benefit here is that the vast majority of F150 accessories like tonneau covers, load bars, lumber racks, tool boxes, bed-mounted gas dispensers, running boards, etc will all bolt right on to the lightning. The down side is that the Lightning isn't as optimized for efficiency as some might like, that's most noticeable at higher speeds where aerodynamics become more important and, well, the F-150 is shaped like a brick. If you plan on towing, don't plan on towing too far. On the other hand, thanks to not having a transmission in the traditional sense and simply gobs of torque, the Lightning pulls like there's no tomorrow.
