Rosarita has her own ideas about ordering food, Francita gets carried away with the menu, and Monster Boy brings his usual funny behavior. Even Mia's mother has something to say about the food! Soon, Franklin receives a call from Aunt Denise, who has prepared a special home for the family in Brooklyn Heights. Franklin cannot wait to see their new mansion, while Mia hopes it will have enough room for three newborn babies and everyone helping them. The family walks through beautiful Brooklyn streets and enjoys the incredible views of the Manhattan skyline from the Brooklyn Heights Promenade. Johnson records his adventures, Francita plans another house tour, and Monster Boy tries to keep everyone entertained. When they finally arrive at their new home, the reactions are unforgettable! The family explores the kitchen, living room, bedrooms, bathrooms, and rooftop while trying to decide where everybody will sleep. But with so many people, three babies, and a lot of stairs, not everyone agrees about the living arrangements. Franklin wants his family to appreciate this beautiful gift, but Mia has concerns about raising their triplets in a completely new place. Old memories, unexpected arguments, and funny family disagreements make their first day in Brooklyn much more complicated than anyone expected. Will Franklin and Mia settle into their new home?
