Gave my favorite dress a second life! | Upcycling clothes that are too small

This dress has been sitting in my closet for year because it was too small, but I couldn't quite say goodbye to it. Last weekend, I finally figured out how I to give it a second life. I kept the original integrity of the design, expanded the sides a bit and added a peplum ruffle. Can't wait to wear it all the time again!
