ever overflow your water tank again! In this video, I’ll show you how to build a simple, cost-effective, and automated Water Level Checker and Voice Alarm System using an Arduino and an MP3 module.
Instead of just a basic buzzer or LED, this project actually talks to you! When the water reaches the top terminal, it completes the circuit, and the Arduino triggers an MP3 module to play a clear voice note: "Attention, water tank is full, please turn off the motor."
🛠️ Components Used:
Arduino Board (Microcontroller)
MP3 Module (with SD Card for custom voice audio)
SD Card (to store the audio file)
IRLZ44N MOSFET/Transistor
Speaker
Water Tank Setup (with bottom and top 5V level-sensing pins)
Jumper Wires & Breadboard/PCB
💡 How It Works:
A 5V reference pin is placed at the very bottom of the custom plastic water tank, and another sensing pin is placed at the top level.
When the water fills up to the top, it bridges the connection between the two terminals.
The Arduino detects this change (HIGH state).
The Arduino then triggers the MP3 module via the transistor to play the audio warning through the speaker.
