This time, the glass no longer behaves like a barrier. The synthetic figure stands before it alone, but an organic version of the same body remains visible on the opposite side. Its posture, proportions and movements correspond perfectly. There is only one inconsistency. The reflection occasionally moves first. Frame-by-frame analysis reveals movements beginning on one side before appearing on the other, then reversing moments later. Each attempt to determine which image is being reflected produces a different result. The anomaly spreads beyond the glass. Mechanical details appear briefly beneath organic skin. Human features surface for fractions of a second across the synthetic frame. Identification systems repeatedly alternate between both forms without registering an error. The Grid continues to recognise a single identity. The footage shows two. By the final recording, even the original position of the subject can no longer be established. The chamber contains no reliable distinction between observer and reflection, human and machine, memory and physical form. The transmission ends while both figures are still facing each other. Neither one disappears when the mirror goes dark. © Protocol Zero | Classified Transmissions
