Suspect Faces Judge Who Was His Schoolmate for 2nd Time

It was an unexpected meeting that shocked the nation. A Florida judge was about to hear a burglary case when she recognized the suspect. The two were former classmates in middle school. Arthur Booth served 10 months in prison in connection with the burglary charge and he was released in 2016. Eight years later, Booth found himself before the same judge, Mindy Glazer. Booth was so embarrassed he could not bear looking her in the eye. Judge Glazer recused herself because of their school connection.
