Before entering a new year of my life, I wanted to just have some fun, vlog my day, hit the gym, and share a few things with you guys. Here’s what happened in the video 👇 🛍️ Mall & Shopping — Went shopping and ended up buying some clothes from the women’s section 😂 Honestly, kaafi maza aaya and I had a lot of fun at the mall! 🩸🌱 My Vegan “Blood” Recipe — Made my usual antioxidant-rich drink using beetroot, amla, carrot, haldi, ginger, citrulline malate & creatine monohydrate. Beetroot, amla, carrot and the other ingredients are mainly for antioxidants and overall nutrition, while creatine + citrulline malate are there for my bodybuilding goals. 💪 🏋️‍♂️ Back Workout — Then straight to the gym for a proper back workout. I also talked about how I increase weights, when I decide to go heavier, and when I prefer to stay at the same weight and focus on improving my reps and form. 📈 Progressive Overload Tips — I shared how I personally approach increasing weight in different exercises, because har exercise mein weight badhana zaroori nahi hota. Sometimes reps, form and control improve karna bhi progress hai. 📸 New Camera — DJI Pocket 4P — My brother recently bought a new camera, so I also got to use it during the vlog. End mein I shared my thoughts and gave my review of the camera.
