Tom Chiusano promised his sales team a higher commission for new business, then cut the rate after they went out and got it. Ten minutes later Sal and Richard walk in with a second charge: Tom took 20 pairs of their Disturbed tickets on the day of the show. Howard reads the listener email first — people are furious, and Tom won't come into the studio. When he finally does, Howard walks him through it line by line: "Who should pay for the mistake, you or them?" Tom holds his ground. "Yes I do, sir." Then Sal gets the microphone. One of those tickets was for a friend of his, a cop whose leg was crushed by a drunk driver and whose girlfriend left him in the hospital. Tom denies all knowledge. Sal does not accept it. Richard backs him up. Howard promises an investigation.
