In this video, we’re taking a deep dive into the tactics and tactical systems in EA FC 27, looking at how formations, player roles, build-up play, defensive approaches and in-possession structures have changed — and what this could mean for creating realistic football tactics in the new game. After spending time experimenting with different formations and tactical setups, there are some BIG differences to discuss when compared with EA FC 26. From traditional formations such as the 4-3-3, 4-2-3-1 and 4-4-2, to more advanced in-possession structures like the 3-2-5, 2-3-5 and 3-4-2-1, EA FC 27 gives us plenty to experiment with when recreating the tactical systems used by real-life managers and teams.
