Game Day at Home? Make this Ballpark Chili Dog!

Bring the ballpark to your backyard with one seriously loaded chili cheese dog! Mad Dog is firing up the gas grill and turning a foot-long hot dog into the kind of loaded chili dog you'd expect to find at the ballpark — except we're making this one right in the backyard. We start by heating up Hormel chili in a cast-iron skillet directly on the grill while the foot-long hot dogs cook alongside it on a griddle inset. Once they're hot and grilled, it's time to load them up. Mad Dog piles on relish, yellow mustard, brown mustard, hot sauce and chili. Followed by cilantro, red onion, peppers, jalapeños, cheddar and pepper jack cheese, and crunchy Fritos. Then the grill lid comes down just long enough to get that cheese hot and melted. Slide the whole thing into a bun and you've got one massive, messy, cheesy backyard ballpark chili dog. No stadium ticket required.
