64: Behind The Charot: Buhay Breadwinner with The Real Charuth

Before she became Charuth — the content creator who made millions laugh with her relatable skits — she was Charlize Ruth, a young woman trying to finish school, figure out adulthood, and help carry the weight of her family. In this episode of From The Heart, Charuth opens up about why she never saw content creation as an easy full-time path, why finishing school still mattered to her, and how hard it really is to become a breadwinner at a young age. She also shares the side people don’t always see: the serious, quiet, and more private version behind the funny videos — and the fear that when people finally meet their “hero,” they might realize she is not always the bubbly character they imagined. This is a conversation about laughter, pressure, dreams, family responsibility, and the question many young people quietly ask themselves: “Is this really the life I want to keep building until I grow old?”
