Whelen WS 2016 North Mankato 12/2/2020

Today I head to North Mankato to hear their nice analog WS -2020 for there monthly, North Mankato tests their sirens first Wednesday of the month at 1:00pm. North Mankato test their sirens in Alert, Attack(Fast Wail) and Voice. This Siren is locates Caswell Park in North Mankato.
