How to find Remote Off Grid land for Homesteading.

👉 My book - The Real Price of Getting Out https://onegoodbook.gumroad.com/the-r... I nearly bought forty acres in Michigan for a price that looked like a typo. River frontage, tree line, not a roof in sight. I walked it on snowshoes in March and almost wrote the cheque. What I found when I went back in May is the reason this video exists. After twenty-three winters off the grid, I am showing you how to find remote off grid land for homesteading and how to know it is the right land before the snow melts and the water comes up. In this video, I cover: • How to find remote land on maps before it shows up in listings • What the soil, the flood maps, and the road access actually tell you • The difference between cheap land and land that is cheap for a reason • Why legal access matters more than the price on the deed • The part the brochure videos leave out about wet season, septic, and power Tell me where you are watching from and what state you are in. Land laws change across the map. #OffGridLiving #Homesteading #RemoteLand #CheapLand #LandForSale #OffGridLaw
