Rapscallion (1984) - ZX Spectrum

In this game, players find themselves in a dire situation where their arch-enemy, Rapscallion the Rogue, has seized their crown and castle, imprisoning them in a dungeon. However, hope is not lost as magical allies, including a Fairy Princess, assist by transforming the player into a bird and granting six lives. Throughout the game, players can switch between being a bird and a fly, each with unique challenges and advantages. The journey includes navigating through the Wilderness, the Magic Labyrinth, and the Castle, where players must collect keys, avoid obstacles, and seek assistance from magical creatures like pixies and wizards. The game offers a unique mechanic where players, upon losing a life, become a ghost, allowing them to pass through barriers but unable to interact with objects.
