I'm 39 and play USTA 5.0. In this practice set at Solano College, I take on Aggie, a junior, and try to play with aggression and margin. There's a backhand volley in here I still can't believe went in. I went up a break, got tight, and gave the break back. We stopped on serve before finishing the set. I remember the score as 5-all. This is an edited practice-set video with the downtime removed, selected replays, and my retrospective commentary. My focus was making first serves, staying consistent, choosing my approaches, and making the next ball difficult when Aggie came forward. What is one adjustment you'd make to my play? Leave a timestamp and tell me what you see.
