What Happened With Pac-Man World 3?

pac man is so hot he makes me feel funny. Socials: Game is actually pretty good jokes aside. Pac-Man World 3 has a lot of potential that didn't get everything right but could have been so much better with more dev time. Overall I prefer the previous two games in the series, Pac-Man World & Pac-Man World 2
