'Request for Admission' sa bank records, inihain ng House prosecution para mapabilis ang paglilitis

Sa pagpapatuloy ng impeachment trial laban kay Vice President Sara Duterte, ipinaliwanag ni House prosecutor Rep. Chel Diokno na naghain sila ng 'Request for Admission' upang isaayos at pabilisin ang paglilitis sa pamamagitan ng pagtukoy sa tunay na pinagtatalunan at maiwasang maaksaya ang oras ng impeachment court. Nais ng prosekusyon na ipasok sa isang kasunduan ang mga bank records na opisyal na nakuha alinsunod sa mga inilabas na subpoena mula sa mga kilalang bangko na hindi magsusumite ng mga pekeng dokumento. Nilinaw din ni Diokno na sa ilalim ng Request for Admission, hindi pinapaamin ang respondent sa anumang kasalanan, kundi hinihiling lamang na kilalanin ang pagiging totoo ng mga dokumentong isinumite ng mga bangko.
