Camino Ingles Day 3 Fene to Pontedeume

Shorter day today, after I freed myself from the Albergue bathroom  started in daylight to leave the town of Fene and climb up into the first forrested hill. First stop at a nice little rest area in the Forrest that someone has set up with seats, snacks and drinks with a donation box. I left a good donation and took a pan o chocolate, apple juce and a couple of souvenirs. There is a point where the track goes two ways. After some deliberation decided to take the high road. It was 2km? longer and up and over a big hill but worthwhile for the views. On reaching Pontedeume I crossed the bridge and realised my accommodation was a couple of kilometres further on. Little did I know that this climb out of Pontedeume is one of the toughest on the whole Camino. No way was I going back down to explore the town or get dinner. The the pension where I am staying has a bar and restaurant. Although a shorter day I found it to be quite tiring.
