On the final day of our trek, we pushed through the freezing morning air and steep trails to reach the magnificent Tilicho Lake—one of the highest altitude lakes in the world. Seeing the turquoise blue water surrounded by snow-capped Himalayan peaks made every tough step completely worth it. After spending time soaking in the breathtaking views, we turned around and officially started our descent down.
