City Advocacy Forum: An Interview with Mansoor Hussain

Mansoor Hussain is a Norwegian politician and urbanist currently advising at Storm Samfunn, where he collaborates with major developers and architects in Oslo. He previously served as a political advisor to the governing mayor of Oslo, focusing on urban development and planning, and has been actively involved in the Oslo Metropolitan Area and "Oslo Urban Week." "Oslo is a city uniquely positioned between the green and the blue, where we’ve transformed our waterfront into a vibrant urban space while maintaining our deep commitment to preserving the city's cultural heritage and natural beauty. However, as we face a growing housing crisis and the need for new development, the challenge remains to build taller and smarter, while still engaging the community in shaping our future."
