Green Masala Eggplant With Prawns 2 baby eggplant (cut into wedges) Pinch of tumeric powder 1/2 tsp Kashmiri chilly powder Salt to taste 8-10 prawns Pinch of tumeric Salt to taste Ingredients required for green masala 1/2 cup cilantro 2 green chillies 2 garlic cloves 1/2” ginger piece 2 tbsp yogurt *( Grind without water ) Otherwise ingredients 2 medium onions (finely chopped) 1/2 tsp Kashmiri chilly powder 1/2 tsp coriander powder Pinch of tumeric powder 1/2 tsp garam masala 2 & 1/4 cups of water Some chopped cilantro Salt to taste Oil
