The Road to Culloden: Starting a Massive 28mm Wargaming Project! - #1

Welcome to the first episode of The Road to Culloden! In this series I'll be documenting my ongoing 28mm wargaming project to recreate the armies that fought during the Jacobite Rising of 1745–46, culminating in the Battle of Culloden. I've been working on the project since May and there's still a very long way to go! In this first episode I'll show you where the project currently stands, take a look at some of the units I've painted so far, and talk a little about the history behind them. I'll also be sharing my painting process, basing, historical research and progress as the armies gradually grow. Alongside the Culloden project, the channel will also cover historical wargaming, miniature painting and my work as a commission painter.
