How to support disaffected young men | with Stuart Manifould

In this latest episode, Chair Peter Hyman is joined by commissioner Stuart Manifould, CEO of the soon-to-open The Dome Youth Zone in Crewe. Drawing on his experience of working with boys on the frontline, Stuart reflects on what it takes to engage young men who are facing difficult circumstances. From teaching in a tough inner-city school to supporting disaffected young men on the streets of Crewe, he explains why giving boys a second or third chance can help them find their feet and discover their purpose.
