Keep Going | A Cinematic Short Film About Creative Block & Flow State

Keep Going" is an art/creative short film exploring the relationship between creativity, creative block phases, passion, inspiration, and persistence. It follows a young writer and creative who is under pressure to complete a project titled “How To Stay Motivated As A Creator.” The film explores the familiar shift between states: from an inspirational flow state into a creative block. As frustration builds and the words refuse to come, she steps away from the work, consumed by doubt and the pressure to create something meaningful. Through her clothing, the jacket she wears carries symbolic meaning — “I AM.” It becomes a subtle yet high-vibrational reminder of her identity, and the turning point for self-reflection and self-expression. Reconnecting with what is already within her — her essence, her heritage.
