For the first of only two times on this leg, the band have decided to pull out the big rock and roll gun for the show, playing the extended "Jailhouse Rock" medley, including the usual snippets of "Stupid Cupid" and "Be-Bop-a-Lula". Unfortunately, it seems like the band were either facing time constraints or thought the full encore medley would be enough to sacrifice two full songs from the setlist: both "Father to Son" and "See What a Fool I've Been" are not played tonight. While the latter would come back for the two remaining shows as well as select shows up to 1977, "Father to Son" would only be brought back twice on their next Japanese tour in the spring of 1976 in Tokyo and Sendai. The omission of the two songs lead to the band's shortest gig on the Japanese tour, still clocking in at over 90 minutes (which does include a full encore break, to be fair). 00:00:00 - 01.
