Bhutan beyond the temples | Family Dinner & Karaoke

In this chapter, I get to experience a more personal side of Bhutan. My Bhutanese tour guide, Jordi, invited me into his home to share dinner with his family — something I had promised him I would one day include in a video. Before heading there, we stopped by some souvenir shops, and later that night, we ended the evening in a completely different atmosphere: singing karaoke at a local bar. This video is not only about food, shopping, or nightlife. It is also a small tribute to Jordi, who was my guide, my companion, and an important part of my journey through Bhutan. Sometimes, the best memories of a journey are not found in the famous places, but in the people who make you feel welcome.
