We're at a charming spot called Smoke & Barrel in Hong Kong for this week's episode, having a bash at their legendary 'Beast Challenge'... Originally, contestants were given 30 MINUTES in which to finish this thing, however the time limit has now been reduced, meaning you've got just 20 MINUTES in which to finish a huge tray full of fried chicken, ribs, pulled pork, brisket, half a roasted chicken, sausages, mac & cheese, brisket beans, slaw, pickles, corn bread and a brioche bun! If you can get it down inside the time limit, you get a plaque on their wall of fame, the 1500hkd meal FREE and a little goodie bag with a shirt, hat and a diary...presumably in which to write down all your regrets...
