He Is Alive

He Is Alive (Say Hey) — an original, upbeat gospel celebration of the risen Jesus, inspired by Romans 10. "If you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation." — Romans 10:9-10 (NKJV) "For the Scripture says, 'Whoever believes on Him will not be put to shame.'" — Romans 10:11 (NKJV) The tomb is empty and the invitation is open: come as you are, believe in your heart, call on His name, and you will be saved. LYRICS [Intro] [Verse 1] Woke up this morning with a song in my chest Grace on my shoulders, I am blessed, I am blessed The grave was sealed but the stone rolled away Sunday came up and it changed everything today [Pre-Chorus] Say hey, say hey, can you feel it in the air Say hey, say hey, He is moving everywhere [Chorus] He is alive, alive, alive! (Jesus is alive!) Death lost the fight, and love survived! (Jesus is alive!) Clap your hands and sing it loud Lift your voice up to the crowd He is alive, alive, alive! (Hey!) [Verse 2] I had a heavy heart and a long, dark night He took my burden, turned my darkness into light Whoever believes, you'll never be put to shame Call on the Savior, there is power in His name [Pre-Chorus] Say hey, say hey, can you feel it in the air Say hey, say hey, He is moving everywhere [Chorus] He is alive, alive, alive! (Jesus is alive!) Death lost the fight, and love survived! (Jesus is alive!) Clap your hands and sing it loud Lift your voice up to the crowd He is alive, alive, alive! (Hey!) [Dance break] [Bridge] Oh, the tomb is empty, the tomb is empty Every chain is broken, every chain is broken Come as you are, He will take you in Forgiven, forever, we begin again [Kids' choir] Jesus is alive, la la la la Jesus is alive, la la la la Sing it with me, hey!
