Bokdong is a lost kitten who wandered into our home and came into our care. After visiting the animal hospital because of diarrhea, he stayed in a wire enclosure while recovering. We then slowly began preparing him to live together with Ruby’s family. The enclosure was first placed in the yard so Bokdong could watch the other cats. Ruby’s kittens also came closer, watching and smelling him as they gradually became familiar with one another. Later, Bokdong and Ruby’s kittens spent time playing together in the workroom as part of the socialization process.
