A Family Squabble

The plaintiff says the defendant is his stepson and he sold him a car. He claims that after the defendant totaled the vehicle, he stopped paying for it, so he’s suing him to honor his commitment. The defendant says the car was junk anyway and claims he doesn’t owe his stepdad a thing. Case 29-228
