"Moon River" is Emotional&Reason's second Touhou arrangements samplers, featuring a line-up slightly different from their debut album. Unlike "Banquet of under the cherry blossom", which had 12 tracks, this one is significantly shorter, containing only 8 tracks. Notable artists such as Noof from Squall of Scream and Silently Shooting Traitors were invited to collaborate on this release. This album was released on May 11, 2014, at Reitaisai 11.
