Hopefully, you will be doing great. In this new recycling video, we are going to recycle old, damaged, and discarded colorful zero-watt light bulbs into beautiful luxury glass vases. We’ll follow the complete process from start to finish. First, the old bulbs are collected and washed to remove mud, dust, and other surface dirt. After washing and drying, the metal caps and conductor parts are removed, leaving clean glass bulbs ready for recycling. The glass bulbs are then crushed into small pieces and fed into a high-temperature furnace, where the recycled glass is melted at around 1,500°C. Once the glass becomes fully molten, it is carefully formed into hot glass gobs, which are then cut and placed into molds. The hot glass is shaped into cylindrical vases, demolded, and passed through a controlled cooling tunnel. After cooling, the finished vases go through automated laser inspection to check their shape and quality before reaching the final stage. Finally, we see the beautiful transparent smoky dark-gray recycled glass vases, ready to be used as modern home décor.
