For Joseph Richmond Seaton, some of the most formative lessons in DJing happened on the dancefloor at The End. Hearing Laurent Garnier and Jeff Mills play all night showed them how house and techno could connect a much wider musical world. That freedom still runs through their selections, where a locked groove can make space for an unlikely record or a shift in mood. The same curiosity has shaped their work as a producer. Across albums such as Suzi Ecto and Arpo, rhythm shares space with woodwind, abstract textures and the quieter details that reveal themselves over repeated listens. With Parris, they co-founded Can You Feel The Sun, extending a friendship and exchange of music into a label.
