Project Name- Everland, Unicity Township Area- 17 Lakhs sq. ft. Status- Ongoing Location- Darumbre ITP, Pune Team- Netaji “Sometimes, the boldest beginnings start with one confident step forward.” -Ar. Dwaipayan Chakravarty An upcoming landmark in Pune’s skyline, ‘Everland’ within the Unicity Township, is envisioned around the principles of livability, sustainability, and comfort. The project introduces a perspective on contemporary luxury living. The staggered orientation of buildings offers expansive race course views on one side and open landscaped greens on the other, ensuring premium vistas. Towers are planned with a minimum distance of 90 feet between them, allowing natural light, cross ventilation, and enhanced privacy. Nearly 25% of the development is dedicated to landscaped gardens, sports courts, and open green spaces, creating an idea of community living. Inspired by the iconic Hiranandani skylines of Mumbai, the project embraces a Neo-classical architectural language through cornices, trabeated forms, and design detailing that reflect the concept of grandeur. The facade design was done in collaboration with EAA, Mumbai. The master planning also responds sensitively to the site contours, minimising excavation while ensuring efficient circulation and optimised parking movement. The project is envisioned to achieve an IGBC Gold Rating while adhering to all environmental compliances and impact assessment requirements. #architecture #architecturedesign #architecturedaily #corporate #office [Podcast, Architectural, Architectures, Pune, Maharashtra, Hiranandani, Krisala, Projects] #architecture #architecturedesign #architecturedaily #corporate #office #pune #punecity #maharashtra #construction #corporate #corporatereels #officereels
