Sakroli Konkani Sweet Dish : Sakroli it’s a Famous Konkani Sweet Dish. Very delicious 😋 , Tasty & simple recipe with simple Few Ingredients.. Just Mix All Purpose Flour with Sugar and few ingredients and make a Delicious 🤤 Sakroli .. Measurements : ( 1 Cup = 250 ml ) Ingredients : A. Bowl : 1. 2 Cups. All Purpose Flour ( Maida ) ( use nice quality All Purpose Flour ) ( acchi quality wala Maida use kariye ) 2. 1 Cup. Sugar ( Shakkar ) 3. 1/2 tsp. Salt ( Na mak ) 4. 1 tsp. Cardamom Powder ( Elaichi Powder ) 5. 1 Cup. Water ( Pani ) + 4 tbsp. 6. First use 1 Cup water , If required then only use more water 4 tbsp. Extra water. 7. I have used Total 1 Cup. + 4 tbsp. Water ( Pani ) 8. Mix it well for 15-20 min. Till all sugar get dissolves. ( Sab Shakkar pigalne tak mix kariye ) 9. 1/2 tsp. Lemon yellow food colour ( Khane ka pila rang ) ( edible food colour ) 10. 1 Cup. Oil ( Tail ) 11. Store it in an airtight container jar in fridge for 8 days.
