Hi in this video i will guide you around my pw80 and all the mods i have done to the bike so far My mods are listed in the description below (click show more) I have also posted videos of the bike in action Mods are new piston and rings (performance piston ) fmf fatty front pipe and fmf powercore 2 rear silencer Boyeson dual stage power reeds old 80's pw cdi to remove rev limiter performance racing coil with waterproof sparkplug cover and ngk cap splitfire pw80 specially made spark plug ( splits spark into 2 sparks at same time) Inline fuel filter carb has stock main 125 and a 30 pilot jet ( standard 15) Modified airbox snorkel removed top of airbox opened up and mesh covered moose racing performance air filter progrip gel grips anodised fuel vent and tyre valve covers bike speedo digital rev counter front fork oil level raised and 1 inch preload spacer put in each leg rear shock fitted with (x tender ) Florescent orange carb hoses fitted Red custom made seat cover Amr custom made Graphics (one off) design modified from normal buyable design various other alpine star and rockstar energy stickers Front sprocket 13 (stock 15) Rear sprocket 31 (stock 32) porting work to follow soon as engine is freshly rebuilt i am bedding in piston first then it will be ported and compression raised i will post a future video to show difference in future
