Her gorgeous Tiny House design w/ a stand-up loft!

Shelby and her husband have spent the last three years living in this thoughtfully designed tiny house tucked among the redwoods, where their total monthly site cost—including utilities—is less than $900. After selling their traditional home, they put $55,000 down and financed the rest of their custom build, which is now completely paid off. Inside, the 30-foot home was designed specifically for two people to live comfortably, with a spacious kitchen, bathtub, separate washer and dryer, generous storage, and a rare stand-up bedroom loft where they can actually walk around instead of crawling into bed.
