Puerto Rican Pink Beans

Soak Beans over night . Then cook in water for about 35 minutes. Then after add all ingredients and cook for another 40 minutes. Make sure the beans are tender. Make sure to dice ham, potato . Carrots what was I thinking , I usually dont put carrots.. Crazy me, lol so you can leave them out or dice them very small. I did it a bit bigger just to give you an idea. but smaller is better.
