Andy Leenoy - French DJ, from the North of France. House culture since the late 80's, raised on the Belgian New Beat explosion and the Northern France scene where I grew up. I didn't play the big clubs I name - Fifty Five, Boccaccio, At The Villa, Ministry of Sound, Fabrik, Camden - they are my schools, my influences, the places that shaped my ear. First time on the decks in 86/87. Since then, I chose freedom: private parties with passionate friends, bars in Lille, where no one could force me to play the same records every weekend. 35+ years of pure passion, not a trend. Today I play what I love: Classic House, Soulful, Deep, Tech, Groovy, Happy, Balearic... Festive, avant-garde and free. This is the Blanco Negro spirit.
